Spring has finally sprung and, with the onset of each new season, comes both a new issue of Edible Long Island and a new brew from our friends at Brooklyn Brewery.
Come join us on Thursday May 15 from 6-8 p.m. at one of our favorite gastropubs, Jackson’s in Commack. We will be sharing copies of our spring issue and Brooklyn Brewery will be introducing and serving their latest brew, Ridgy Didge. This pale ale was brewed in collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery’s Down Under mates at Mountain Goat Brewery in Melbourne. The strong saison, brewed with Tasmanian pepperberry and lemon myrtle, will be complemented by tasty munchies provided by cHarissa (a Moroccan seasoning served over meatballs), Nina’s Fresh Baked granolas and sweets, Old School Favorites gourmet fudge sauces and nuts and Eatrageous chips in flavors such as Wasabi Ranch, Sweet and Smokey BBQ, Sea Salt and Crunchy Mac n’ Cheese.
It’s a Thursday evening, start the weekend early and come on get hoppy with us!
Admission is free, but advance registration is required.
