If you haven’t made it east this winter to visit Wine Country for Winterfest, this may be the weekend to do it. Hand to the heart, we’ve seen green shoots poking up from the almost thawed ground. Supposedly there’ll be some snow on Thursday, but by the weekend, you’ll be ready to clap your hands and dance.
