Edible on the Road: Blue Island Oyster Farm

The fifth episode of Edible on the Road is here and its host, Chef Plum, is taking us straight to Blue Island Oyster Farm.

As we told you earlier last summer, Edible is on the Road and Chef Plum is in the driver’s seat. This video—episode five of Edible on the Road—offers a look at his journey. In it, he stops by Blue Island Oyster Farm in West Sayville, where he and his friend Leeana Costa, co-host of Steve & Leeana on K98.3, meet the oyster farm’s owner Chris Quartuccio—and even whip up some delicious, cheesy oysters on the dock.
